RSVP Tracking, Table Assignments & More Make Guest Management Easy
We’ve been busy here at ReadySetAuction leading up to the new year. Over the last six weeks we not only re-launched our marketing site — what do you think of the new look? — but we’ve also added a bevy of valuable features to our new ReadySetAuction platform to boost the productivity and efficiency of your committee. These features include tracking of RSVPs, meals, table assignments, and sponsors’ guests; the ability to designate a donor as a business vs. a person (or persons); and an array of new reports. Read on for more details.
RSVP Tracking
Set up as many admission ticket levels as you’d like (e.g. General Admission, Complimentary Admission, VIP Admission), then track how many tickets a guest purchases, who will be using them, and how they were paid for.
Meal Tracking and Table Assignments
In addition to recording which ticket a guest is using, you can also assign to him/her a meal and a table. Handy reports make it easy for you to pass this information along to your caterer.
Tracking of Sponsors’ Guests
Define the sponsorships you plan to sell for your event, and to each level attach any number of admission tickets. For example, your Gold Sponsorship level might include ten tickets (a table) whereas your Silver level might include just four. ReadySetAuction makes it easy for you to track which attendees are coming as guests of which sponsor. Not sure who belongs to which sponsor’s party prior to the event? No problem. You can assign “Party of” tickets to walk-in guests as they arrive. And the system tracks the remaining spaces in each party in real time.
More Detailed Donor Tracking
Because you can now distinguish businesses that donate from individuals who donate, you have more control over how that donor’s name will appear in the printed and online auction catalogs as well as which entity will receive the donation receipt.
More Reports
With every new feature comes a variety of ways to view the information associated with that feature. Check out the new reports containing RSVP, sponsorship, party of, table assignment and meal information. These reports, like all reports generated by ReadySetAuction, export directly to .CSV file format and open in Excel where you can further analyze the data and/or prepare it to be imported to your donor management system.
