ReadySetAuction Features
ReadySetAuction is an auction management software tool that lets you plan, manage and conduct a live/silent auction event and run an online auction for your non-profit organization. With a personal user name and password, each member of your auction committee can log on to your organization’s ReadySetAuction Event Site from any computer — Mac or PC — with an Internet connection. Your ReadySetAuction Administrator (usually the auction chair) controls the degree of access each committee member has to each of the 7 tabs described below.
The ReadySetAuction package you purchase — Event Planner, Online Auction or Premier — determines which tabs are available for your use. Modules can be added later if not purchased up-front.

Set Up Your Event Site

- Initiate merchant account application (no application fee) if you plan to sell tickets online, accept cash donations online or accept credit cards during event check out
- Manage your auction staff/volunteers: build your staff list, assign per-user online access privileges, invite staff to register for your event site; establish committees and assign staff to them
- This tab is available only to the one individual in your organization who is designated as the RSA Administrator
