ReadySetAuction\u2019s UserVoice is an awesome tool that allows YOU – our clients – to help determine what comes next for the future of our software. \u00a0The big improvements to ReadySetAuction over the past year came from some of the top vote-getting suggestions made in UserVoice<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

When ideas are submitted in UserVoice, we can easily see what you want to be able to do, or even what your pain points are.\u00a0 This helps us plan solutions<\/strong> and incorporate them into upcoming releases. Here\u2019s how it works:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Submit Your Idea to UserVoice<\/b><\/h2>\r\n

You\u2019re working in ReadySetAuction, and you see something you WISH was a little easier, or that you could do a little differently. How do you let us know?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

    1. At the top right of the ReadySetAuction screen, click Help<\/strong>. This brings you to our extensive help center, designed to lead you through just about anything you want to do in ReadySetAuction – including submitting ideas.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    2. Click on ReadySetAuction would be even better if\u2026<\/strong>\"Check<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    3. \u2026 and enter your idea<\/strong>.<\/span>\"\"<\/li>\r\n
    4. UserVoice will search through the existing suggestions<\/strong> as you type, and if a similar idea already exists, you\u2019ll see it just below the idea submission box.

    5. If your idea already exists, vote for it<\/strong>! \u00a0The more votes an idea gets, the sooner it becomes part of ReadySetAuction! \u00a0If your idea doesn\u2019t match any of the existing suggestions, just hit Post a new idea…, and watch it pop up as the newest part of UserVoice.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/ol>
