We’ve just released a new feature called “Showcase,” and we’re sure it’s going to bring a big smile to your face.<\/p>\n\n\t

What is Showcase?<\/h3>\n\n\t

Showcase is the leaderboard feature you’ve been asking for. With it you can easily display a slideshow containing your auction items, sponsor logos, and fund-a-need causes on monitors throughout your venue. If you have the right equipment, you can even project Showcase on a huge screen.<\/p>\n\n\t

Showcase not only helps keep your bidders engaged in the bidding, but it also exposes them to items they may have overlooked while perusing the eCatalog on their phones or walking around the silent auction tables.<\/p>\n\n\t

Plus, since sponsors’ logos can be interspersed among the slides, Showcase provides you with another tool for attracting and acknowledging big sponsors. Your sponsors will be thrilled to see their names and logos given such prominent exposure during the event.<\/p>\n\n\t

How does it look?<\/h3>\n\n\t

In a word, great! We’ve all seen our share of horrible PowerPoint presentations, but don’t worry — Showcase is nothing like that.<\/p>\n\n\t

Setup is very easy. Select a theme and transition style for your Showcase — we offer many choices — and the number of seconds to display each slide. The slideshow themes and animated slide-to-slide transitions you have to choose from are tasteful and sophisticated, adding a little something extra to your event without overwhelming the crowd’s senses. To feature an item in your Showcase, simply check a box when adding or creating its auction package. To feature a sponsor, check a box when updating their donor record. Like I said — easy!<\/p>\n\n\t

Take a look below at some of the themes Showcase offers. Note the arrows in the bottom right corner of each slide. These let you take manual control of the slideshow if you’d like — perhaps during the live auction, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n

Showcase is included when you purchase our Select or Complete plan. We’ve already updated the current users of Select and Complete with Showcase — that’s right, there’s no extra cost<\/em> for this new feature.<\/p>\n\n\t
