Support Policy

Pre-Event Web-Based Technical Support Included

By way of our web-based technical support system and email, we provide unlimited pre-event technical support free of charge to all registered users of your event site (your committee members) and online bidders. We do not provide pre-event phone based support.

Our web-based support portal allows us to prioritize and track all requests/responses, route requests to the most knowledgeable person, and minimize our costs – which we pass along directly to our customers in the form of lower prices.

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays. They strive to answer support questions promptly, thoroughly and courteously, usually within an hour or two. We promise 24-hour turn-around on business days. Please be kind to our support team.

Training

If you feel the need for hands-on training, we offer phone-based training sessions via teleconference. The cost for this service is $150/hour. If you are interested in setting up a training session, please contact our support team.

Premium Auction Day/Night Support Available by Request

We also offer the option of live phone-based support during your gala auction event should you request it. This is a premium service that must be requested no later than two weeks prior to your auction. The cost for this service is a $99 reservation fee plus $25 per incident. If you are a current customer and would like to reserve live phone-based support during your auction gala event, check off Gala Event Phone Support on page 1 of your original Services Agreement and re-fax the complete Services Agreement to us.

Browser Support

ReadySetAuction recommends the excellent free Firefox (Windows/Mac/Linux) and Camino (Mac-only) web browsers.

We strive for maximum compatibility with a broad array of popular web browsers. However, we cannot guarantee that the ReadySetAuction service is fully compatible with every possible combination of computer hardware, operating system and web browser.

In order to qualify for technical support, you must be using a web browser that appears on the list below.

Windows XP

  • Firefox 2.0 and higher (preferred Windows browser)
  • Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher

Windows Vista

  • Firefox 2.0 and higher (preferred Windows browser)
  • Internet Explorer 7.0 and higher

Mac OS X

  • Firefox 2.0 and higher (preferred Mac OS X browser)
  • Camino 1.6 and higher
  • Safari 1.3 and higher
