In conjunction with gala auction event, adds to Event Planner features:

  • Customizable online auction site and online catalog with unlimited number of items for up to 12 months
  • Online bidding and/or pre-bidding for gala for up to 8 weeks (optional)
  • Online procurement form (optional)
  • Online sponsorship sales and online ticket sales* (optional)
  • Online cash donations* (optional)
  • Absentee bidding for guests who are unable to attend the gala
  • Printed bid-sheets starting with high online bid

(with $1 per donation minimum)

*To sell sponsorships online, sell tickets online, accept cash donations online or accept online payments from winning bidders, your organization must have a PayPal Business account or a merchant account + ReadySetAuction-compatible payment gateway. ReadySetAuction Transaction Fees are exclusive of any merchant processing or gateway fees. ReadySetAuction makes no guarantee that your organization will qualify for a merchant account. Non-profit organizations that are home-based or in poor financial standing may not qualify for a merchant account.
Setup Fees must be paid by credit card at time of purchase. ReadySetAuction collects Transaction Fees on the 5th business day following your event by ACH electronic funds transfer (electronic check). For complete payment terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.

  • + 1.25% on auction sales from $20K to $100K
  • + 1.00% on auction sales from $100K to $150K
  • + 0.75% on auction sales from $150K to $200K
  • + 0.50% on auction sales from $200K to $250K
  • + 0.25% on auction sales over $250K

Auction sales means the total dollar amount of all items sold and processed via the Auction Cashier, including but not limited to silent and live auction items, fixed-price items, raffle tickets and cash donations. Auction Sales does not include proceeds from the sale of admission tickets.

There is a minimum fee of $250, payable in advance.
