Customizable appearance

Personalize the look of your auction website by selecting a theme, optionally adding your custom banner and choosing your own background color. Then add up to 12 of your sponsors’ logos, each of which you can make clickable to the sponsor’s website. Selling sponsorships and recognizing those sponsors on your auction website is a great way for you to raise additional funds!

Easy for your bidders

The experience of your online bidders is just as important to us as it is to you! In order to bid, a bidder must register and select a username and password. The bidder always has the option to place a maximum bid, and ReadySetAuction will bid on her behalf up to her maximum. If her maximum is beaten by another’s bid, ReadySetAuction automatically sends a ‘You’ve been outbid’ email so she can get right back into the competition.

You and your committee can just relax and watch the action! You’ll always know exactly who your online bidders are, how many bids each bidder has placed and how much you’ve made so far.

Fast and elegant electronic closeout

When your online auction closes, simply click a button and ReadySetAuction will email a notification to each online auction winner. The winner can select whether to pay securely online by credit card or PayPal (if you’ve made these options available), or he can print an invoice to mail in with his payment.

You will be notified immediately by email when a winner has paid online; and the winner has immediate access to his receipt.
