Quickly generate solicitation materials including personalized emails and letters, and a printed procurement form.

ReadySetAuction takes care of properly acknowledging all of your donors in your printed auction catalog. And following the event, ReadySetAuction generates a personalized thank you letter for each donor. The letter serves as the donor’s receipt and includes your organization’s tax ID information along with a list of everything that donor donated and the values of those donations.

Secure payment processing

ReadySetAuction provides a fully PCI DSS-compliant, secure credit card processing solution for your event auction needs allowing you to capture guest credit card information at event check-in and/or accept real-time credit cards payments from winning bidders during and following your silent/live event auction.

This same merchant account will also let you sell tickets and sponsorships online, accept cash donations online, and accept and process credit cards from the winners of your online auction.
