Purchase the Auction Cashier Add-On module for your event in order to:

  • check-in guests
  • record winning bids
  • generate invoices
  • check-out guests
  • print receipts, and
  • generate sales reports.

Optionally integrate a merchant account in order to:

  • capture credit cards at check-in, and
  • run real-time transactions during and following your event.

You may set up as many computers (cashiering stations) at your event as you’d like. In order to access the Auction Cashier, each computer must have high-speed access to the Internet. There’s no software to install. And you can use a mix of both Mac and Windows computers.

As your auction gets underway, start recording winning bids at some stations, even while other cashiers continue to check in late-arriving guests. A guest wants to check out early? No problem. Check-in, bid recording, printing invoices, check-out, printing receipts and running sales reports can all occur simultaneously, at any time, from any computer.
