Payment Processing
Accept Payments by Credit Card
With ReadySetAuction, you can sell tickets and sponsorships online, accept cash donations online, capture guest credit card data at event check-in, process credit cards in real-time during gala event check-out, and accept and process credit cards from the winning bidders of your online auction.
To use these features, your organization must establish a merchant account with one of our payment processing partners listed below.
Element Payment Services
Important: If you would like to capture credit card information at check in (PayReady™), then you will need to set up a merchant account with Element Payment Services. At this time, Element Payment Services is the only merchant account that supports PayReady.
ReadySetAuction in partnership with Element Payment Services provides a fully PCI DSS-compliant secure credit card processing solution for your nonprofit organization or business.

ECHO, an Intuit Company
When applying for a merchant account from ECHO, be sure to indicate that you are a customer of ReadySetAuction and that you would like your account set up as ‘seasonal.’ With this designation, your account can lie dormant during months you are not using it and you will not be charged a monthly statement fee.

Accept Online Payments by PayPal
Important: Guests at your silent/live event auction cannot pay with PayPal. To capture cardholder data at silent/live event auction check-in and/or process credit cards in real time during event auction check-out, your organization must establish a merchant account with one of our partner processing companies listed above.
Link your organization’s PayPal Business account to ReadySetAuction to accept online payments on your ReadySetAuction-powered auction website. Your supporters can then pay by PayPal balance, linked checking account, or credit card when buying tickets and/or sponsorships online, making cash donations online and paying online for their online auction winnings.
Please note: Your customer will need a PayPal account in order to pay with PayPal, and will be given the opportunity to create an account if necessary during the PayPal payment process.
